A senior Management professional with over 30 years of experience across industry including IT (Software), Media, Lubricants and Internet based Service Organisations. Vinay has worked with several companies in their initial or launch phases and has worked with them during their growth phase to see them as well established, successful organisations. He has also been working avidly with startups for the last several years. He has cross functional exprience in the areas of Strategy, Marketing, Sales and Operations and has held senior positions in several organisations.
Vinay is a Trained Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified Internal Auditor for the ISO process and has been the receipient of several awards for Performance Excellence in his professional career. He is an alumunus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi and has a Post Graduation in Management with specialisation in Business Economics from Delhi University. He has also completed the Senior Management Programme conducted by the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

A senior HR professional with over 35 years’ experience having headed HR in Banking, Manufacturing, the Media, Healthcare and Financial services industries. Professionally qualified in Law and Personnel Management. Working career of over 30 years with more than 20 years in Banking, and Financial services, more than 5 years in Healthcare and Manufacturing and as Trainer, having run Mumbai’s largest training centre for 7 years, Since 2007, as an HR Consultant, providing high end advisory services to clients in all industry verticals, dealing with Competency based Recruitment, Assessment, Training and Performance Management.
Job has designed and conducted training programmes for all levels of staff. He has recently designed a special Accelerated Leadership program for future leaders, which is being used by a large business house in India and is currently being considered for a number of other large groups.
